In the kitchen

This has been going on at different cooking sessions and once all at a time. 

Chopping vegetables. I've just learned that broccoli and cauliflower stalks are as nutritious and delicious as the flower.







Chopping, blanching and sauteing to make lovely quiche.

Leeks and Peppers // Carrots, Green bean, Cream






























































That's pretty much the usual....and now saving some seeds as well

 And the scraps...
